Expansive, yet pragmatic, through contemplation and conversational co-exploration, B3M Coaching invites us to ponder the inevitable threshold of Great Mystery that we all must face. In a world where big industrial medicine has become the primary gatekeeper of this universal rite of passage, what was once honored as the final, holy, wild initiation of all living things, is now the dis-ease from which many exhaust their days running. Gently working to counteract this aversive mentality, B3M Coaching instead invites an awareness of one’s life in a manner that acknowledges and aims to embrace mortality. With the clarity that arrives with this awareness, we address the Five Domains of life—Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Practical—and elucidate actionable steps to cultivate a more accepting and easeful relationship with death, mortality, and through it, Life itself.

This process is designed for both the actively living, and the actively dying, of any spiritual or secular background. It takes approximately 5 hrs, and may be conducted over several sessions. Sessions are available via telephone, Zoom, or in person, pending location.
